Shipping & Returns

  1. All orders ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) only.  Orders can not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  2. Expedited shipments such as any Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Third Day Air or Ground services are not guaranteed to be delivered at any specific time or day.  There are no refunds on any shipping charges for any returns or delays.
  3. Any shortages must be reported within 3 days of delivery date or they will not be granted by


  1. Prior to returning products to for any reason, you must call customer service at 1-800-356-2336 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
  2. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.  RMA number must be clearly marked on outside of package and copy of packing slip or invoice must be included in the return package. Electrical or related to electrical components are non-returnable.
  3. Products being returned must in unused, new and saleable condition in order to be accepted for credit. Products that have been already installed/mounted are non-returnable.
  4. Products can be returned within three (3) months from original order date.
  5. All products being returned must have been originally purchased through our company.
  6. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges inbound and outbound.

Refused Shipments:

  1. Refused shipments will be credit for products only with a deduction of a $11.00 refusal fee plus the shipping charges back to original location.  Refused shipments to Canadian address will have an additional deduction of any duty and/or fees that occur.
